If you want to delete your MSpace account, the primary method is the in-app deletion flow. This keeps the request connected to the correct account and helps prevent unauthorized deletion attempts.
How to delete your account in the app
- Open the MSpace app and sign in to the account you want to remove.
- Go to Settings.
- Open the Account section.
- Select Delete Account.
- Review the prompt carefully and confirm the request.
If you cannot access the app
If you no longer have access to the app or need help locating the correct account, email support@mspace.app and include the email address or phone number associated with your profile. This helps the team identify the right account safely.
What may happen after deletion
Deleting an account may remove your access to messages, profile data, and other account-specific features. Some records may be retained for a limited period when needed for fraud prevention, dispute handling, safety investigations, or legal compliance.
